Jeff is joined by his son Mason Gray as he shares his journey from a college senior implementing Lean as his capstone at a fish hatchery to becoming a Lean Practitioner.

Mason discusses how he thought it was cool that his father traveled to client locations, especially when he did a long-term engagement at US Naval Base San Diego when he was a child. He embellishes on writing Lean training video segments as a teen, teaching his college Fisheries and Aquaculture classmates Lean and realizing an increase in the Salmon hatchery brood at his alma mater BTC.
